Job Description

We are seeking 1–2 motivated candidates to join our lab at the School of Biochemical Engineering, IIT (BHU) Varanasi, for PhD admission in the Odd Semester 2026–27.

𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗖𝗛 𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗦: Computational Biology, Structural & Translational Bioinformatics, Biomolecular Modeling & Simulations, Computational Biophysics, Computational Protein Design & Engineering, AI/ML for Biomolecular & Therapeutic Applications, Predictive Modeling, Disease Mechanisms, AMR, and Data-Driven Therapeutics.

𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬: Candidates with GATE / CSIR / UGC / DBT / ICMR JRF fellowships are preferred.

Candidates without fellowships may also apply if they have an Masters degree with CGPA ≥ 7.0 from IITs/NITs/CFTIs or other top-100 NIRF institutions and qualify through the institute selection process.
