Position Summary

Trinity is in search of a highly motivated and innovative Senior Consultant to join our Commercial Data Solutions team.

This Consultant will be an integral member of the Commercial Operations team d delivery of quality, timely and accurate insights to our clients, primarily focused on our Commercial Data Solutions offering. The ideal candidate is an energetic, agile, quick thinker and team-oriented with strong technical, analytical, and communication skills. This individual will lead and manage a growing team of direct reports to deliver client deliverables, coordinating activities amongst multiple internal and external teams. The candidate will leverage their experience and innovative ideas to enhance both their career as well as our Commercial Data Solutions offerings.

Essential Functions

  • Contribute on multiple projects touching such areas as:
  • Master Data Management
  • Commercial Data Warehousing
  • Data Aggregation and Integration
  • Reporting and Analytics Platform
  • Participate in, and foster, collaboration of engagement team members throughout client engagements
  • Gather business requirements, liaise with technical team members to establish delivery timelines, and implementation plans
  • Deliver reports addressing the needs of clients utilizing SQL, BI tools (e.g. Tableau, QlikView), or Excel, preparing SOP’s and user guides when necessary
  • Provide seamless customer service, such as user training and helpdesk support
  • Responsible for ensuring data quality – both directly and indirectly – across multiple custom master lists and systems, including data stewardship and governance efforts
  • Process requests for new physicians, addresses and validation of third-party data
  • Ability to get your hands dirty and analyze data for trends or quality issues with the tool of your choice
  • Developing deep knowledge of the healthcare industry, master data management, and analytics
  • Assist with recruiting new team members and participate in the interview process

  • Ability to follow through on support requests in a timely manner, escalating to other members of the team or vendor support when appropriate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Microsoft Project, Access, etc.)
  • Project Management experience in Pharma, Biotech or a related industry
  • A creative thinker who likes complex puzzles and problem solving.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of data management practices including Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence, as well as pharmaceutical customer master data management
  • SQL knowledge/querying data from databases
  • Experience with following
  • Pharmaceutical reference and sales data (IMS, Symphony Health, claims, EMR)
  • BI tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, or PowerBI
  • Enterprise task and project management tools
  • Pharma Commercials Operations tasks, including Incentive Compensation, Targeting, Alignments, Field Analytics
  • Pharmaceutical CRM/SFA systems
