🚀 We are offering two paid positions for motivated students passionate about microbiome science, computational biology, and clinical research in the Microbial Immune Regulation Department at the Helmholtz Centre for Infection Research:

You will work with large-scale gut microbiome datasets from clinical cohorts and collaborate with an international, interdisciplinary research team using state-of-the-art computational infrastructures.
Ideal candidates:
✨ Background in bioinformatics, computational biology, or related fields
✨ Experience with Python and/or R and UNIX operating system
✨ Curious, proactive, and collaborative mindset
📍 Location: Helmholtz Centre for Infection Research (HZI), Braunschweig — hybrid/remote options available
