RISE Foundation IISER is pleased to announce its Winter Internship Programme offering Advanced Hands-on Training in Bio-Sciences & Biotechnology. This one-month, skill-focused programme is designed for students and early-career researchers seeking rigorous laboratory exposure under expert guidance.
🔬 Programme Highlights
Animal Cell Culture
Cell revival & maintenance, counting & seeding, passaging, freezing methods, and MTT-based cytotoxicity assays.
Protein Techniques
Protein separation and SDS-PAGE analysis.
Fermentation Technology
Bio-processing techniques; upstream, mid-stream, and downstream processes.
Molecular Diagnostics
PCR, RT-PCR (Real-Time & Reverse Transcriptase PCR), agarose gel electrophoresis, viral antibody detection, and ELISA.
