Job Description

We are hiring a Lead – Project & Engineering for our Biotech Drug Substance division.

The ideal candidate is a Mechanical or Chemical Engineer with 15 –20 years of experience, including 5-10 years in Biotech DS is must.

Responsibilities include managing engineering operations, supporting utilities, ensuring audit readiness, and overseeing greenfield/brownfield projects. The role involves budget planning (OPEX & CAPEX), cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and EHS standards. Strong knowledge of biotech processes and equipment is essential. The candidate will also lead energy-saving initiatives and ensure adherence to Good Engineering Practices and data integrity policies.
