Role : Section Head/ IC
Education : M.Tech. / B. Tech./ M.Sc. – Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology
Experience : 3 to 15 Years

What We’re Looking For :
1. Conduct investigations and prepare reports to close deviations, OOS, and OOT cases using methodologies like 6M and 5 Whys.
2. Manage QMS documentation including Change Control, CAPA, and Deviation using TrackWise (minimum 1 year of experience required).
3. Prepare essential cGMP documents such as MFR, BMR, SOPs, Risk Assessments, and Investigation Reports.
4. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely closure of QMS documents.
5. Strong command of the English language for clear and professional communication.
6. Sound understanding of current QMS guidelines and regulatory expectations.
7. Basic knowledge of upstream and downstream processes in biotherapeutics manufacturing is preferred.
