Job location: Dholka, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Experience required: Minimum 8 Years
Qualification Required: M.Sc Biotechnology

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Purification of recombinant vaccine
✔️ Planning and execution of the experiments related to Protein Purification
✔️ Data compilation and development reports preparation.
✔️ Performing Protein Purification of vaccine projects.
✔️ Literature review related to the protein purification process.
✔️ AKTA- purification systems handling and its maintenance.
✔️ Column packing for purification. Column cleaning (Pre and post run CIP), maintenance and storage.
✔️ Protein concentration using TFF and hollow fibers
✔️ Raw Material and consumables management related to downstream work
✔️ Antibody purification for in-house reagent preparation
