🎓 Education: PhD in Bioinformatics, Transcriptomics, Genomics, Metagenomics (or related)

🔬 About the Role
As a Scientist I – Human Genomics, you’ll:
✔ Design, develop & optimize NGS pipelines (WGS, WES, RNA-Seq, Metagenomics)
✔ Perform QC, alignment, variant calling, annotation & profiling
✔ Integrate automation for reproducibility & scalability
✔ Prepare robust reports from custom NGS analysis
✔ Collaborate with wet-lab scientists, product managers & clients
✔ Maintain detailed workflows & pipeline documentation
✔ Stay updated on the latest NGS methods & tools

💡 What You Need
PhD (or MSc + 8 years exp.) in Bioinformatics/Genomics/Metagenomics
Strong expertise in NGS pipeline development
Hands-on with Python (2–4 yrs), Bash (3–5 yrs)
Linux OS proficiency
Knowledge of Nextflow/Snakemake (bonus)
Strong communication, writing & problem-solving skills
Experience with statistical analysis, databases & publications
