Your Role
We are looking for a passionate and talented Research Scientist to join our Immunology & Cell
Biology R&D team. As a Project Leader, you will drive innovative projects focused on mRNA
therapeutics and next-generation RNA vaccines.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead research projects in immunology and cell biology.
• Design and perform in vitro and in vivo assays to evaluate: RNA delivery efficiency,
  cytotoxicity, immune responses and cell viability.
• Develop and optimize new RNA-based vaccine formulations.
• Assess gene transfer efficiency, potency, and performance of new research products.
• Provide scientific mentoring and technical training to team members.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including R&D biologists, chemists, formulation and
  bioproduction experts, marketing, business development, and quality assurance.
  Your Profile
• PhD in Immunology and/or Cell Biology, with at least 3 years of experience.
• Strong expertise in immunology and vaccine development (DNA and/or RNA-based preferred)
  with proficiency in associated analytical methods (mandatory).
• Proven experience in cell culture, transfection/transduction, characterization, and
  manipulation of immune cells.
• Knowledge of RNA technologies and formulation would be a strong advantage.
• Organized, rigorous, dynamic, autonomous, and highly motivated with a creative scientific
  mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and fluent in English with outstanding communication
  abilities.
