🌟 We’re Hiring: Manager – Project Management 🌟

Are you passionate about driving projects to success, ensuring milestones are met, and fostering collaboration across diverse teams? We are looking for a Manager – Project Management to join our growing team and lead high-impact projects in the Biologics/Biosimilars domain.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead project planning, Gantt preparation, and timeline tracking to ensure on-time delivery.
Proactively manage risks and issues, facilitating resolutions and escalations as needed.
Manage multiple workstreams and dependencies, ensuring milestone achievements.
Drive stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration (including external partners/clients).
Own and monitor budget, scope, and timeline, with variance analysis for cost and time.
Ensure clear and timely communication across teams through meetings, action items, and follow-ups.
Facilitate change management and secure necessary approvals.
Coordinate with Finance/Regulatory teams for timely documentation submissions.
Develop and present dashboards and progress reports (monthly/quarterly).
Maintain a knowledge repository and implement learnings in new projects.
Train interns and project coordinators, fostering skill development.
Contribute to the establishment of PM best practices, tools, and systems for efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:
Proven background in managing/delivering projects in Biologics/Biosimilars or related domains.
Strong communication and presentation skills with fluency in written & spoken English.
Proficiency in SAP and project management tools (Smartsheet, Excel, MS Office; MS Project is a plus).
Demonstrated ability in team leadership, collaboration, and conflict resolution.
A proactive, detail-oriented professional with the ability to drive results in dynamic environments.
