Position:
1. Project Coordinator
Job Location: KEMHRC, Vadhu, Pune
Eligibility Criteria: Master’s in health science/other biological sciences. 3 to 4 years’ experience in the coordination of clinical trials.
Job Responsibility:
Overall responsibility of the project(s) and coordination of all project(s)-related activities
Training of the study team
Overseeing compliance with the study protocol, Manual of Procedures, site SOPs, and regulatory requirements
Ensure filing of all Essential Documents, Approvals, and Maintenance of ISF
Ensure adherence to project timelines, target completion, and study team diligently following project activities as per protocol
Ensure compliance with the study protocol and data collection, follow-up, and field activities as per the study protocol
Team management ensures good liaison between study team members
Maintain Internal QC of all procedures, including consenting, screening, enrollment, etc., and taking corrective steps wherever necessary.
Site preparedness for Monitoring Visit, Audit, or Inspections

2. Study Physician – BAMS
Job Location: KEMHRC, Vadhu, Pune
Eligibility: BAMS degree with 1-2 years of experience in general practice (GP) or Research. Freshers can also apply
Job Responsibilities:
Informed consent administration and clinical examination, screening for eligibility, providing medical care to the research participants, and AE/SAE documentation and reporting to concerned authorities, completion of source documents and logs, and forms.
