Zero Cow Factory is on a mission to create a sustainable food production system through cellular agriculture. We’re looking for motivated scientists to join our Downstream Process Development team. Who we’re looking for:
Candidates with 2–5 years of experience in protein purification and downstream process development. You should have a Master’s or PhD in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Synthetic Biology, or a related field.
Key responsibilities include:
Designing and executing downstream processes for protein purification
Leading projects focused on protein recovery and purification
Analyzing and interpreting experimental data
Developing and optimizing purification strategies
Maintaining proper documentation of research work
