Position: Junior Scientific associate / Sr. Scientific Associate – Proteomics (Orbitrap & QTOF)
Location: Hyderabad, India

Job Description:
We are looking for candidate with hands-on experience or strong interest in proteomics, metabolomics and peptide analysis using Orbitrap and QTOF mass spectrometry systems. The candidate will be involved in method development, sample preparation, data acquisition, and analysis for protein identification, peptide mapping, PTM characterization, and related workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain Orbitrap and QTOF instruments for proteomics studies
Perform protein digestion, peptide cleanup, and LC-MS/MS runs
Conduct data analysis using software such as Proteome Discoverer, Mascot, or MaxQuant
Assist in glycan profiling, intact mass, and impurity analysis studies
Maintain accurate experimental records and documentation
Desired Qualifications:
M.Sc. or M.Tech in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or Life Sciences
2–5 years of relevant experience (freshers has hands on experience can apply)
Basic understanding of LC-MS workflows and proteomics principles
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn advanced mass spectrometry techniques
