Job Description

I’m thrilled to share that I will be starting new research group at Aarhus University, Department of Environmental Science (Roskilde Campus) with support from Novo Nordisk Foundation RECRUIT grant for next seven years. Our group will focus on:
🧬 Spatial metabolomics and isotope tracing
🌿 Environmental metabolite mapping and pollutant biotransformation
🧠 AI/ML for metabolic imaging and molecular annotation
🔬 Translational connections between environmental and human metabolism
We are currently recruiting and actively collaborating who are passionate about spatial omics, mass spectrometry, computational biology, or environmental/biomedical metabolomics.
