#Hiring – Manager, Critical Literacy Project (CLP)

At ISL, we believe that classrooms are where critical thinking begins — where students learn not just what to think, but how to think.

The Critical Literacy Project (CLP) empowers educators to design inquiry-driven, reflective, and equitable learning spaces for their students. We’re looking for a Manager who can lead this movement with passion and precision.

💡 What You’ll Do
• Lead teacher professional development in Critical Literacy pedagogy and build curriculum
• Build and manage school and networkpartnerships
• Design learning programs that inspire reflection, dialogue, and agency
• Evaluate and scale the impact of critical thinking in classrooms

🎯 We’re Looking For
• Background in education, facilitation, or teacher training
• Experience with Critical Literacy or Responsible Citizenship programs
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• A mindset rooted in inquiry, equity, and educator growth

📍 Remote role
💼 Full-time position
Compensation: Experience and Skill Based
– Manager – upto 8 LPA
– Senior Manager – upto 9.6 LPA
