Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Research & Application Scientist to support users of Protein Metrics software for LC–MS–based biopharmaceutical characterization.
The candidate must have a strong scientific foundation in proteins, peptides, biosimilars, monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), oligonucleotides, and amino acid analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical and application support for Protein Metrics software (intact mass, peptide mapping, HCP, MAM, glycan analysis, oligonucleotide workflows, etc.).

Conduct remote/onsite training sessions and assist with workflow setup and troubleshooting.

Interpret LC–MS data for proteins, peptides, biosimilars, mAbs, oligonucleotides, and related biomolecules.

Perform literature searches and assist in writing technical documents, reports, and presentations.

Explore AI-based tools to improve efficiency in data analysis, reporting, and workflow optimization.

Required Skills

Scientific Skills:

Good understanding of protein chemistry, peptides, biosimilars, mAbs, oligonucleotides, and LC–MS workflows.

Ability to analyze MS data and understand biopharmaceutical characterization techniques.

Professional Skills:

Strong communication skills (written and oral).

Good presentation and documentation abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
