Intern – Growth and Outreach 🎯📢✨

📍 Location: Navi Mumbai
🕒 Type: Full-time, Work From Office
🎓 Qualification: Undergraduate / Recent Graduate (Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Genetics, or related fields)

What we want you to do
● Identify, reach out to, and engage potential B2B partners and institutional leads across assigned regions.
● Convert inbound and self-generated leads through compelling communication, timely follow-ups, and strong relationship-building.
● Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute webinars, talk series, poster presentations, and campus/community-led events.
● Design innovative engagement programs to increase visibility, participation, and lead conversions.
● Represent the company at college events, symposiums, and conferences to boost brand presence and promote genomics offerings.
● Conduct secondary research to identify new markets and partnership opportunities in genomics and life sciences.
● Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and lab operations to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
● Support go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new service launches and market expansion.
● Engage with student clubs, faculty, and departmental committees to drive sponsorships and collaborations.

What we’re looking for
✔️ Current undergraduate or recent graduate in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Genetics, or similar fields
✔️ Extroverted, energetic communicator with strong interpersonal and organisational skills
✔️ Proactive, target-driven, and enthusiastic about outreach and sales
✔️ Experience or involvement in college events, student clubs, tech fests, or community initiatives
✔️ Interest in genomics with willingness to learn technical concepts
✔️ Prior experience in sponsorships, partnerships, or student-led activities is a strong plus
✔️ Creative thinker who can conceptualise high-engagement outreach ideas
✔️ Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and digital communication tools
