Upcoming Faculty Vacancy – Department of Biotechnology, PDEU
The Department of Biotechnology, Pandit Deendayal Energy University (PDEU), Gandhinagar, invites applications from highly motivated and qualified candidates for the upcoming proposed Faculty Positions/Adhoc/Guest in the field of Biotechnology.
Areas of Specialization (Preferred):
Animal Biotechnology
Plant Biotechnology
Bioprocess Engineering
Immunology
Minimum and Essential Qualifications:
M.Tech in Biotechnology / Bioinformatics/Industrial Biotechnology
Ph.D. in Biotechnology / Industrial Biotechnology/Bioinformatics from reputed and well-recognized institutes/universities
Postdoctoral research experience is highly desirable and will be given preference
Candidates should demonstrate strong research capabilities, a publication record, and a commitment to teaching and mentoring students.
Responsibilities:
Teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses
Guiding student projects, dissertations, and research activities
Developing independent research programs aligned with departmental focus areas
Contributing to departmental growth, academic activities, and collaborations
