𧬠What Youāll Do
As a Scientist at Aganitha, you will work on in-silico discovery and modeling projects that combine omics data, AI, and molecular insights. Your work will help identify new drug targets, uncover disease mechanisms, and optimize therapeutic candidates and formulations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design and develop AI/ML models for predicting molecular properties, material behaviors, and reaction outcomes
– Apply in-silico methods for designing and optimizing therapeutic candidates (antibodies, RNA molecules, viral vectors)
– Curate and analyze scientific datasets for model training
– Develop intelligent featurization strategies for chemical, physical, and biological data
– Implement and evaluate ML/DL models (CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, Transformers)
– Validate models using benchmarks and client datasets
– Translate technical results into actionable insights
– Collaborate with computational chemists, data scientists, and wet-lab scientists
– Stay updated with advancements in AI/ML and computational sciences
