Job Description

We are hiring skilled and detail-oriented LCMS Scientists to join our Analytical Characterization Team, focusing on peptide-based products as well as other technology-driven formulations.

Qualifications: Ph.D/M Pharmacy/M.Sc
Experience : 5-10 years of experience
Dept: Analytical Research

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform intact mass analysis and primary structure characterization of peptides.
• Conduct advanced studies including:
– Disulfide bond mapping
– Sequence confirmation
– D/L isomer differentiation
• Develop and validate LC-MS/MS methods for peptide analysis.
• Conduct impurity profiling for peptide-related impurities using LC-HRMS.
• Identify unknown impurities by determining mass and amino acid sequence.
• Support extractables and leachables studies using mass spectrometry.
• Operate and interpret data from SEC-HPLC and SEC-MALS (if applicable).
• Collaborate closely with CROs and regulatory teams.
• Contribute to regulatory submissions (e.g., ANDA, IND, BLA) with high-quality analytical data.
• Prepare and review analytical reports, ensuring data integrity and compliance with GLP/GMP standards.
