Exciting Postdoctoral Fellowship Opportunity at FDA!

The FDA Center for Drug Evaluation and Research is seeking a postdoctoral research fellow for an intensive training opportunity in injectable sustained-release drug products in Silver Spring, Maryland.

Research Focus:
• Develop innovative in vitro testing methods for complex injectable products
• Investigate formulation complexity factors impacting bioequivalence
• Identify scientific gaps in analytical approaches for sustained-release injectables
• Train in novel characterization technologies

Ideal Candidate:
• Doctoral degree in pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, materials science, or related field (within last 5 years or currently pursuing)
• Experience with analytical techniques (e.g.HPLC, DSC, TGA, NMR, rheology, spectroscopy)
• Background in formulation development and sustained-release dosage forms preferred

This is a full-time, one-year fellowship (renewable) located 100% onsite in Silver Spring, MD. Open to U.S. citizens, LPRs, and foreign nationals.
