🧑💼 Experience: 0–2 Years
🎓 Education: M.Sc. in Microbiology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry or B.Tech in Biotechnology
🧑💼 Reporting To: Research Scientist
🏭 Industry: Healthcare & In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD)
We are seeking a motivated Technical Assistant – R&D to assist in planning, organizing, and conducting research analysis, ensuring timely completion of assignments and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work on assigned R&D projects
• Meet deadlines for timely completion of projects/assignments
• Calibration and validation of lab equipment
• Perform routine lab work across different projects
• Maintain online documentation
• Undertake any other tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager
Experience & Skills Required:
• 0–2 years of experience in a research/lab environment
• Strong knowledge of microbiology, biotechnology, or biochemistry techniques
• Familiarity with lab equipment and documentation
• Good coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills
