*Hiring R&D Scientist – Downstream Bioprocessing*

*Provis Biolabs is seeking candidates for their R&D department with 5-6 years of experience in protein purification and downstream bioprocessing.*

Key Responsibilities:

* Hands-on protein purification using chromatography systems (AKTA).

* TFF (UF/DF) process development and optimization.

* Buffer preparation, filtration, centrifugation, and other DSP unit operations.

* Scale-up, troubleshooting, and process optimization.

* Documentation according to GLP/GMP.

* Supporting tech transfer and pilot-scale activities.

Desired Skills:

* Strong fundamentals in downstream bioprocessing.

* Experience with enzymes, recombinant proteins, or biologics.

* Understanding of process development and validation.

* Analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
