🧬 We’re Hiring — Computational Biologist (Protein Design) | Remote

We are looking for a highly motivated Computational Biologist / Protein Design Scientist to join our research-driven team. The ideal candidate will play a lead role in designing novel proteins for therapeutic and biotechnology applications using advanced modeling and AI-assisted methods.
🔹 Major Role & Responsibilities
Design new and optimized proteins / peptides / enzymes using computational approaches
Perform structure prediction, folding analysis, and stability optimization
Apply AI / ML-based protein design frameworks and sequence-to-structure modeling
Conduct molecular simulations, energy minimization, and mutational scanning
Work with wet-lab and translational research teams for validation
Prepare technical reports, publications, and IP-ready design documentation
🔹 Required Expertise
MSc / PhD in Computational Biology, Structural Biology, Bioinformatics
Strong experience in protein modeling & design using tools such as
Rosetta / AlphaFold / FoldX / PyRosetta / MODELLER / Schrödinger BioLuminate
Solid understanding of protein structure, stability, dynamics, and function
Experience with Python / R / scripting for workflow automation
Prior research publications or project experience in protein engineering / design
✨ Desirable / Added Advantage
Experience in enzyme redesign, directed evolution, or peptide therapeutics
Knowledge of MD simulations (GROMACS, Desmond)
Familiarity with AI-guided protein design & generative models
