🧪 We’re Hiring: Sr. Executive – Quality Control (Microbiology) 🧪
📍 Location: New Delhi

🎓 Education: M.Sc. in Microbiology (Full time)
🧑💼 Reporting To: Assistant Manager – QC
🏭 Industry: Healthcare & In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD)
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Sr. Executive – QC (Microbiology) to ensure water sampling, media preparation, and microbiological testing are performed accurately and in compliance with approved procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform water sampling and analysis for all types
• Operate and calibrate lab instruments (pH meters, balances)
• Destruction of used media, plates, and cultures
• Verify logbooks: autoclave, water samples, media management, Laminar Air Flow, pH meters, weighing balance
• Prepare media in absence of team members
• Analyze bioburden samples of in-process, finished product, and raw materials as per SOP
• Submit, review, approve, and release microbiology reports on time
• Manage cultures and prepare culture suspensions as per protocols
• Conduct Growth Promotion Tests for dehydrated media
• Perform revival and subculturing of microorganisms
• Conduct Environmental Monitoring via Settle Plate & Surface Swab methods
• Perform Preservative Efficacy Tests
• Handle admin tasks and report non-conformities / OOS / deviations
• Report DCR for any changes in the microbiology section
• Provide practical training to new QC–Microbiology team members
Experience & Skills Required:
• 5–10 years of experience in QC/Microbiology
• Strong knowledge of microbiological testing and water/media analysis
• Hands-on experience with bioburden testing, culture management, and environmental monitoring
• Excellent documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills
