We are looking for an experienced professional to lead scientific operations and drive upstream process development for biosimilar projects. If you excel at leading teams, ensuring data quality, and maintaining smooth lab operations, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

🔬 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage technical, scientific, and operational activities of the upstream development team
• Guide successful execution of experiments and ensure global‑standard data quality
• Oversee lab operations, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and process development for one/two biosimilar programs
• Plan resources effectively, provide direction to team members, and collaborate across teams to meet project timelines
• Support performance reviews, identify development needs, and maintain discipline within the team
• Collate, analyze, and interpret data to drive scientific conclusions; prepare technical presentations
• Draft process summaries, technical memos, and regulatory‑aligned scientific reports
• Ensure safety compliance, supervise lab systems, manage specialized equipment, and follow proper protocols
• Maintain inventory, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure seamless lab functioning
