🚀 We’re Hiring | Scientist I – Human Genomics 🧬
📍 Location: Navi Mumbai | Work From Office | Bioinformatics Department

Now, we’re expanding our team—and we’re looking for a Scientist I – Human Genomics to join us in shaping the future of precision medicine.
🔬 What You’ll Be Doing
• Analyze and manage NGS and Nanopore data using robust pipelines
• Design and customize pipelines and workflows for genomic analysis
• Optimize filters and improve existing data processing systems
• Develop and implement data management strategies
• Interpret genetic variants and ensure data quality & accuracy
• Work closely with wet lab, tech, and research teams for seamless execution
• Troubleshoot bioinformatics tools and workflows
• Stay updated with emerging bioinformatics technologies through literature review
• Contribute to grant writing, publications, and scientific documentation
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation
🎯 What We’re Looking For
• PhD in Bioinformatics / Genetics / Genomics or related fields OR 8+ years of experience in human genomics
• Strong experience building bioinformatics pipelines for diverse NGS datasets
• Experience handling multiple databases, tools, and statistical analyses
• Proficiency with Linux environments
• 2–4+ years of experience in Python and 3–5 years in Bash scripting
• Familiarity with Nextflow or Snakemake is a big plus
• Ability to interpret and curate scientific literature
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
