We are Hiring : Project Manager – Integrated Drug Discovery (IDD)
Location: Hyderabad

If you’ve navigated complex pharma programs, aligned cross-functional teams, and delivered on scope, cost, and quality – this role gives you full ownership of impact. You will be translating customer needs into executable plans, keeping risks visible, and ensuring every milestone moves the science forward.

This role is for someone who thrives on complexity, loves orchestrating cross-functional teams, and understands that every milestone matters when the end goal is improving lives globally.

What will you own?
– End-to-end project delivery—scope, timelines, cost, and quality
– Strategic planning with a strong grip on risk and compliance
– Customer interface and stakeholder management at its finest

What makes you the right fit?
-Postgraduate in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Biology / MBA
-10+ years in Project Management (Pharma / CRDMO experience preferred)
– Strong PM fundamentals + technical understanding of Chemistry/Biology
– Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
