Last call – Postdoc in AI + Immunotherapy (DTU Bioengineering)

We have ~5 days left to apply for a Postdoc position in my group at DTU Bioengineering.

The project focuses on developing AI methods for next-generation T cell targeting, enabling immune cells to recognise intracellular cancer targets via peptide–MHC recognition modules.

This builds directly on our recent Science paper, and the next phase will focus on scaling the AI design platform.

The role involves:
🧠 Generative models for protein recognition modules
⚙️ Large-scale training pipelines for protein models
🔬 Integration of experimental feedback from binder and T-cell assays
📊 Benchmarking AI-designed targeting strategies

You will work closely with an excellent team including Sine Reker Hadrup and Kristoffer Haurum Johansen.
