We’re Hiring: Clinical Trial Assistant – Clinical Operations | ImmunoACT

ImmunoACT is expanding its Clinical Operations team and is looking for passionate professionals to join us as a Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) based in Navi Mumbai.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of India’s pioneering CAR-T cell therapy ecosystem and contribute to cutting-edge clinical research that is transforming patient care.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
-Support Project Managers and CRAs in clinical trial activities and site coordination
-Prepare and manage documents for Ethics Committee (EC) and regulatory submissions
-Ensure availability and completeness of study documents at sites
-Maintain Trial Master Files, project trackers, logs, and study documentation
-Coordinate with clinical sites for document follow-ups and compliance
-Assist in Study Initiation Visits (SIV) preparation and execution
-Manage supply logistics including drugs, devices, and study materials
-Track inventory, shipments, and site-related requirements
-Prepare meeting minutes and maintain training/attendance records
-Support site payments and real-time data monitoring

🎓 Qualifications:
-Master’s degree in Life Sciences / Clinical Research or related field
-Minimum 2+ years of experience in clinical operations (biotech/pharma)
-Strong knowledge of clinical trial regulations & GCP
-Understanding of drug development and clinical trial processes
-Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills
