We’re Hiring | Executive – Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)

We are looking for a motivated professional to join our Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) team at Unit-3 (Neoanthem Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd.) as an Executive.

This role is ideal for candidates passionate about workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and ensuring safe operational practices in a dynamic pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Role: Executive – EHS
Department: Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)
Experience: 2–3 years
Education: B.Sc/M.Sc in Chemistry or BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
Location: Bangalore South
Candidates willing to work in shifts are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safe production shop floor activities
• Monitor critical process operations and workplace safety practices
• Conduct regular safety audits and implement risk assessment programs
• Coordinate safety training sessions for employees
• Maintain documentation related to EHS standards and audits

Professionals with experience in ISO standards (ISO 14001 / ISO 45001), audits, and incident investigation will have an added advantage.
