Hiring: Principal Scientist (In Vitro Drug Discovery) | Mysore | 5–8 Years Experience

We are looking for a Principal Scientist (In Vitro Drug Discovery) to join our growing preclinical team and lead critical in vitro ADME and cell-based research programs.

Role Overview:
• Lead and manage in vitro ADME and cell culture teams
• Drive execution of drug discovery programs for global regulatory submissions
• Mentor and guide junior scientists and research teams
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments for seamless study execution

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee cell culture group and organize daily lab activities
• Prepare and submit dossiers for IND-enabling studies
• Design and execute study plans and protocols
• Lead mechanism-specific in vitro and cell-based assays
• Ensure high-quality data generation for oncology and neurodegenerative programs
• Support regulatory submissions with strong scientific documentation

Preferred Qualifications:
• M.Sc / Ph.D in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or related fields
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in in vitro drug discovery
• Strong understanding of ADME and its role in drug development
• Proven experience in preclinical research and regulatory processes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
