Job Description
We’re Hiring: Laboratoy Technician | Cardiovascular Immunology
Our lab is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Research Assistant to join our team studying macrophage dynamics in cardiovascular disease.
We investigate how immune cells — particularly macrophages — drive inflammation, tissue remodeling, and disease progression in the heart and vasculature. If you’re fascinated by the intersection of immunology and cardiovascular biology, this is the role for you.
📌 What you’ll do:
• Perform in vitro and in vivo experiments exploring macrophage behavior in cardiovascular contexts
• Assist with confocal imaging, flow cytometry, histology, and molecular assays
• Contribute to a collaborative research environment working toward high-impact publications
✅ What we’re looking for:
• BS in biology, immunology, biochemistry or a similar focus
• Hands-on lab experience (coursework or research)
• Curiosity, rigor, and a passion for cardiovascular or immune biology
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a strong research foundation before graduate school — or to grow a career in academic research.
