Bioinformatician

Responsibilities:

Assist in the analysis of genomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic data using various bioinformatics tools and algorithms.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of bioinformatics pipelines and databases.
Prepare and present research findings to the team.
Stay updated on the latest developments in bioinformatics and related fields.
Qualifications:

Recent graduate or final-year student in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong understanding of fundamental biological concepts and principles.
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, R, or similar).
Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems and command-line tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with next-generation sequencing (NGS) data analysis.
Knowledge of machine learning and statistical modeling techniques.
Previous research experience in bioinformatics or a related field.
