Founder’s Office Associate – to support both Baalgeet and BioMarkIQ from the same seat.

A quick note on what each is, for context:

Baalgeet(TM) is a music-led learning initiative for children that’s grown into something I’m genuinely proud of – Loksatta Tarun Tejankit 2025, featured by BBC Marathi, 55K+ on Instagram, 2,000+ families across Pune and beyond.

BioMarkIQ is our deep-tech, health-tech startup building VarSee(TM) an AI-enabled, blood-based early detection panel for lung cancer using proprietary biomarkers and Mixture of Experts models.

Different ecosystems. Different stakeholders. Same founder. Same need for someone who can hold both with clarity.

This role sits at the intersection of creativity, structure, and execution. Not a conventional 9–5. But if you enjoy dynamic environments and meaningful responsibility, you’ll find it deeply rewarding.
