We are looking to connect with high-impact Process Research Scientists who thrive in a hands-on lab environment and can take molecules from bench scale (10gm –100gm) to scalable processes with precision and innovation.
Role: Process R&D
Industry: CDMO / CRO
Experience: 7–10 years
Key Expertise:
Strong hands-on experience in process development at 10gm to 100gm scale
Proven ability to translate lab-scale chemistry into scalable, robust processes
Deep understanding of reaction optimization, scale-up challenges, and process efficiency
