Job Title : Research Scientist
Function : Drug Discovery Research – Toxicology
Experience Required : 5–6 Years of relevant experience
Location : Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra

Job Summary :
We are hiring for Research Scientist with 5–6 years of relevant experience in Toxicology Research. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in toxicological assessment with hands-on experience in conducting and assessing genotoxicity studies to support drug discovery research programs.

Key Responsibilities :
• Conduct and assess genotoxicity studies in accordance with scientific and regulatory standards
• Support toxicological evaluation activities for drug discovery research programs
• Interpret study data and prepare scientific reports and technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, laboratory practices, and documentation standards
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for study planning, execution, and reporting
• Provide toxicological risk assessment support through scientific evaluation and literature review
• Maintain data integrity and research documentation practices

Required Skills & Competencies :
• Strong background in Toxicology Research and scientific evaluation
• Hands-on experience in conducting and assessment of genotoxicity studies
• Good understanding of regulatory guidelines and laboratory compliance practices
• Strong analytical, interpretation, and scientific writing skills
• Good documentation and reporting capabilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a research environment

Educational Qualification :
M.V.Sc / M.Pharm / Ph.D. in Toxicology, Pharmacology or relevant discipline preferred
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in Toxicology Research
• Experience in genotoxicity studies and scientific interpretation
• Strong problem-solving and scientific evaluation skills
• Exposure to regulated research environments preferred
