Hiring – Formulation Scientist / Executive – Liquid Orals R&D

📍 Location: Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India

🌍 Exposure to UK & Europe Market Development
We are looking for dynamic and technically strong professionals with experience in Liquid Oral Product Development for regulated markets such as UK and Europe.

Position:
Formulation R&D – Liquid Orals

Experience:
2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:
• Development of liquid oral dosage forms for regulated markets
• Pre-formulation and formulation development activities
• Troubleshooting related to suspension, solution, emulsion, and syrup formulations
• Technology transfer support for exhibit, validation, and commercial batches
• Stability evaluation and optimization of formulations
• Coordination with Analytical Development, QA, RA, and manufacturing teams
• Preparation and review of development reports, protocols, and technical documents
• Process optimization and investigation handling
• Understanding of QbD principles and regulatory expectations for UK/EU markets
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Experience in development of liquid oral formulations
• Strong scientific understanding and problem-solving capability
• Good documentation and communication skills
• Exposure to UK/EU regulated market projects will be preferred
• Experience in suspension development and scale-up will be an added advantage
