🚀 Leadership Opportunity – we are seeking an accomplished Head – Bioanalytical Sciences to lead our GLP-compliant Bioanalytical Laboratory in Pune.

Key Requirements: ✅ 20+ years of experience in Bioanalytical Sciences
✅ Strong expertise in both Small Molecule and Large Molecule bioanalysis
✅ Extensive experience supporting Clinical and Preclinical studies
✅ Deep understanding of GLP, regulatory guidelines, method development, validation, and sample analysis
✅ Proven leadership in managing high-performing scientific teams and client engagements
✅ Experience interacting with global regulatory agencies and sponsors is highly desirable
Key Responsibilities: • Provide strategic and scientific leadership for bioanalytical operations
• Oversee method development, validation, and regulated sample analysis programs
• Ensure compliance with GLP and global regulatory standards
• Drive operational excellence, quality, innovation, and business growth
• Build and mentor multidisciplinary scientific teams
