Role
Work on genomics, single-cell, and spatial transcriptomics data by developing, implementing, and optimizing bioinformatics pipelines. Collaborate with wet-lab and bioinformatics teams to validate and benchmark analysis workflows.

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Develop and optimize genomics analysis pipelines
🔹 Automate data processing workflows
🔹 Benchmark and validate bioinformatics tools
🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams
🔹 Document analyses and present findings

Requirements
🔹 2+ years of experience in bioinformatics, genomics data analysis, or bioinformatics pipeline development.
🔹 Master’s or Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
🔹 Strong Python, R, and Linux skills
🔹 Experience with genomics/NGS data and bioinformatics workflows
🔹 Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
