East Ocyon Bio Private Limited is looking for an experienced R&D QA (Deputy/Assistant Manager) to manage quality oversight for our R&D function, supporting cell & gene therapy and viral vector process development.

Level: Deputy / Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Own quality oversight for R&D activities, including process development, tech transfer documentation, and lab-scale batch records
🔹 Ensure data integrity across R&D operations
🔹 Review tech transfer packages prior to handover to manufacturing
🔹 Represent R&D QA in cross-functional discussions
🔹 Represent R&D QA during audits and regulatory interactions

Who We’re Looking For:
Candidates with strong R&D QA experience in biologics/cell & gene therapy or viral vector development, solid understanding of data integrity principles and tech transfer processes, and the ability to work confidently across cross-functional teams and audits.
