Scale-Up Scientist / Expert (RNA Therapeutics)

At #SekkeiBio, we are leveraging cutting-edge science, AI, and advanced RNA technology platforms to pioneer novel treatments. We are expanding our bioprocess team and looking for a dynamic professional to drive our RNA scale-up initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the optimization and scaling-up of RNA processes from bench/development scale to pilot scale.
Oversee In-Vitro Transcription (IVT) processes, purification workflows, and process characterization.
Troubleshoot process bottlenecks, enhance yield/quality, and generate robust tech-transfer documentation.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional R&D and formulation teams.

What We Are Looking For:
Education: Master’s in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related life sciences discipline.
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on industry or translational experience in bioprocess scale-up, specifically transitioning processes from development to pilot scale.

Technical Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in RNA handling, In-Vitro Transcription (IVT), and downstream purification techniques.
A detail-oriented mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for working in a fast-paced biotech environment.
