Job Description

We’re Hiring | Bioinformatician Sri Shankara Cancer Hospital & Research Centre is seeking a Bioinformatician to contribute to cancer genomics, clinical genomics and multi-omics research. Key Responsibilities • Analyse NGS and omics data using established bioinformatics workflows • Perform variant classification and interpretation • Apply statistical methods and work with R/Python and Linux environments • Support machine learning and database management • Contribute to bioinformatics research and data-driven projects • Develop research-focused web interfaces and computational tools Eligibility MSc/MTech/BTech in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
