URGENT HIRING – Lead, Process Development (Veterinary Vaccine R&D) Company: Brilliant Bio Pharma, Hyderabad We are looking for an experienced R&D professional to lead Process Development & Lifecycle Management (PD & LCM) activities for veterinary vaccine development. 🔬 Key Responsibilities: • Lead vaccine process development and optimization • Manage lab-scale and pilot-scale development activities • Drive technology transfer and manufacturing support • Process characterization, scale-up and validation • Support regulatory dossier preparation and submissions • Lead cross-functional collaboration with QA, QC & Manufacturing • Ensure GMP/GLP compliance and robust documentation • Lead and mentor a highly skilled scientific R&D team 🧬 Key Technical Expertise: • Cell Culture & Cell Lines: BHK-21, Vero, A72, MDCK and other mammalian cell culture systems • Virus Development: FMD, Rabies, PPR, SPV, GPV and other veterinary viruses • Mammalian, bacterial & viral culture systems • Bioreactor & upstream process development • Seed strain/virus development and scale-up strategies • Vaccine process development – viral, bacterial & recombinant platforms • Process characterization, optimization and validation • Formulation – inactivated, live and attenuated vaccines • Lyophilization and product development • Analytical Method Development: FMD 146S, FAT, ELISA, PCR and other vaccine-related analytical methods • Technology transfer and manufacturing scale-up • Innovation, data analysis and scientific interpretation 🎓 Qualification: MVSc / M.Sc. / M.Tech. / B.Tech. – Biotechnology, Life Sciences or Microbiology 💼 Experience: 17–20 years in vaccine / biotechnology process development, with strong experience in upstream processing, bacterial culture, product development, analytical method development and scientific team leadership. 📍 Location: Hyderabad 🏢 Company: Brilliant Bio Pharma ⚡ Hiring: URGENT / IMMEDIATE 📧 Contact:M.Sc. / M.Tech. / B.Tech. – Biotechnology, Life Sciences or Microbiology 💼 Experience: 17–20 years in vaccine / biotechnology process development, with strong experience in upstream processing, bacterial culture, product development, analytical method development and scientific team leadership. 📍 Location: Hyderabad 🏢 Company: Brilliant Bio Pharma ⚡ Hiring: URGENT / IMMEDIATE 📧
