MagGenome Technologies is looking for a dynamic Senior Manager who can combine scientific expertise, business understanding and strong leadership to drive the company’s growth. 🔬 What Will You Own? Lead and coordinate R&D and product-development initiatives Drive the transition of products from R&D to commercial production Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure smooth operations Identify new products, applications and market opportunities Support business development and build relationships with customers and industry partners Engage with research institutions, diagnostic laboratories, biotech companies and other stakeholders Explore strategic collaborations, technology partnerships and commercialization opportunities Review customer feedback and translate market needs into product-development opportunities Mentor and lead cross-functional scientific and operational teams Track key projects, timelines, deliverables and organizational priorities Work closely with the CEO/Management on business strategy and execution 🧬 Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for a scientist + leader + problem solver. You could be a great fit if you: ✔ Hold a PhD in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biomedical Sciences, Nanotechnology or a related field ✔ Have 12+ years of relevant industry/research experience ✔ Have strong exposure to molecular biology, genomics, diagnostics or life-science products ✔ Have experience in R&D / product development / technology transfer ✔ Understand how scientific products move from concept to commercialization ✔ Have experience managing cross-functional teams or projects ✔ Can communicate confidently with scientists, customers, management and external partners ✔ Have a strong business and commercial mindset ✔ Are comfortable taking ownership, making decisions and getting things done ✔ Enjoy working in a growth-oriented and entrepreneurial environment 📩 Interested?
