Shows a strong appetite for challenging assignments and the adaptability, urgency, and hands-on approach required to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. 4. Demonstrates strong leadership potential, with the ability to train, mentor, and supervise junior team members while building a collaborative, positive, and high-performance work culture. 5. Demonstrates strong operational flexibility and commitment, including readiness to work across shifts as required to meet business and process demands.
