The role involves driving cross-functional collaboration, managing program timelines and risks, and ensuring successful execution of scientific milestones across the drug discovery lifecycle. Key Responsibilities :- • Lead and manage drug discovery and preclinical development programs • Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, budgets, and milestones • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners • Track program risks, actions, and decision points • Support portfolio planning, leadership reviews, and program governance Preferred Candidate Profile :- • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related discipline • Minimum 5 years of program/project management experience in Pharma or Biotechnology • Strong understanding of drug discovery and preclinical development workflows •Experience managing cross-functional scientific teams and external collaborations • Proficiency with project management and digital collaboration tools • Exposure to AI-enabled project/program management tools and PMP/PgMP certification will be an added advantage 👉 Please refer to the attached Job Description for detailed information. 📧 Apply/Refer: drugdiscoverycareer@alembic.co.in
