e’re Hiring: Bioinformatics Specialist (Omics/NGS) | Bangalore Join Excelra’s Bioinformatics Team and work on cutting-edge genomics and multi-omics projects that drive drug discovery, biomarker identification, patient stratification, and disease modeling. 🔬 What We’re Looking For: 3 to 5 years of Industry experience with M.Sc. in Bioinformatics/Computational Biology/Biotechnology/Molecular Genetics/Genetic Engineering Strong expertise in scRNA-Seq, RNA-Seq, ATAC-Seq, WGS/WES, ChIP-Seq, Biomarker Discovery, Multi omics data integration & analysis and other NGS analyses Hands-on experience with R, Python, Linux, Docker & Nextflow Knowledge of GWAS, eQTL/pQTL, population genomics, and large-scale omics data analysis 📍 Location: Bangalore – Hybrid ✨ Be part of a multidisciplinary team of scientists, develop innovative bioinformatics pipelines, generate novel biological insights, and contribute to impactful research in life sciences. 📩 Interested candidates can share their updated CV or apply now –> shyamala.gunde@excelra.com.
