We’re Hiring: Patient Navigator, Mumbai – Business Development | ImmunoACT ImmunoACT is expanding its patient support ecosystem and is looking for compassionate and driven professionals to join us as a Patient Navigator based in Delhi. This is a unique opportunity to be part of India’s pioneering CAR-T cell therapy ecosystem and play a crucial role in guiding patients through their treatment journey with care and empathy. 🔑 Key Responsibilities: -Guide patients and caregivers throughout the treatment journey—from onboarding to follow-ups -Coordinate patient enrolment into Patient Support Programs (PSPs) and manage eligibility and documentation -Act as a liaison between patients, hospitals, clinicians, and internal teams -Support appointment scheduling, treatment timelines, and logistics -Provide clear and empathetic communication to patients and caregivers -Maintain accurate patient records, trackers, and reports -Ensure timely resolution of patient queries and concerns -Support compliance with data privacy, ethical standards, and SOPs 🎓 Qualifications: -Postgraduate in Life Sciences / Clinical Research / Nursing / Pharmacy / Healthcare Management or related field -2–3 years of experience in patient coordination, hospital operations, or healthcare services -Exposure to oncology, specialty care, or complex therapies is an advantage -Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills -Comfortable using digital tools, trackers, and hospital systems 🌟 Why Join Us? -At ImmunoACT, you will work at the forefront of innovation in cell & gene therapy, supporting patients through life-changing treatments. -You will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless patient experience and contributing to making advanced therapies accessible and affordable in India. 📩 Interested candidates can share their CV at: jobs@immunoact.com
