Upcoming Research Position Project Research Scientist–II (ICMR-Non-Medical) CSIR–Central Drug Research Institute (CSIR-CDRI), Lucknow, India Applications are invited from motivated and enthusiastic researchers for an upcoming project position to investigate the functional roles of parasite proteins across different life-cycle stages of the malaria parasite, Plasmodium. Research Focus: Functional characterization of parasite proteins during blood, mosquito, and liver stages. Genetic engineering and molecular characterization of Plasmodium parasites. Proteomics and RNA-sequencing to investigate molecular mechanisms and regulatory pathways. Desired Expertise: Candidates with research experience in Plasmodium biology, genetic manipulation, molecular biology, proteomics, and/or RNA-sequencing, flow cytometry are encouraged to apply.
